Although Information Technology (IT) very often forms an integral part of a company's business processes, it can also be one of the largest potential exposures a business can have in the event of a critical system failure.

PCI Services take a two phased approach to Business Continuity Management where we first look to implement a Highly Available/Resilient IT infrastructure which would enable the business to withstand a critical system failure.

This is achieved by way of performing an in-depth systems audit followed by a Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessment (RA) exercise to identify critical systems and components of an organisations IT operation.

Once identified we then go on to provide and in most cases implement recommendations in order to make these systems as resilient and Highly available as possible. After all, you are far more likely to experience a critical system failure than you are a disaster.
